The safety aspect, especially the fire disaster, is essential for Makassar City because of its role as a metropolitan city and center activity in Eastern Indonesia Region. dense population activities make vulnerable to fires. A vulnerability assessment can assist urban disaster management, highlighting areas mitigation.Based on this urgency, study aims identify fire-prone City. This examines from density, building frequency previous events, fires, distance availability clean water, dangerous buildings. Fire susceptibility criteria are based stakeholder assessments involving experts, planners, firefighters through Analytical Hierarchy Process.
